Bill Johnson
PRESIDENT & PARTNER
Bill grew up in Boulder, Colorado, where his love for the outdoors and a knack for adventure set the tone for his life. Initially on a path toward medicine, he quickly realized that the sterile halls of hospitals weren't for him. Returning to Boulder, Bill graduated with a degree in conservation and environmental studies, eventually discovering his passion for homes and architecture while appraising properties.

Hayley Alexander
DESIGNER & PARTNER
Growing up with her mother in the industry, Hayley was surrounded by blueprints and building sites from a young age. So it’s no surprise she found herself drawn to design, pursuing a degree in Interior Design at San Francisco State University in 2010. As she puts it, “There’s something about the smell of sawdust and the sound of power tools that just feels right to me.”

Lexi Cipriano
STUDIO ASSISTANT
Lexi’s passion for interior design ignited while watching her parents remodel her childhood home. "Some part of the house was always under construction," she recalls. Though too young to grasp the intricacies of design and construction, she found joy in the transformation process. "Watching my parents lay out swatches and samples for an upcoming project and then seeing it come to life inspired me."

Bee Rasmussen
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Bee's eclectic journey through 27 years has been shaped by a diverse mix of experiences, places, and ambitions. Raised on the lush island of Kaua'i, she later traveled the globe with an international non-profit, gathering a rich cultural awareness—and, admittedly, some life-changing food experiences. Bee earned her B.A. in Intercultural Peacebuilding on O'ahu's North Shore in 2019.
