We start with a friendly phone call to determine if we’re right for your project. If we align, we’ll schedule a complementary in-home visit with you to see your home and discuss your vision.

Our small team of build and design experts will join you in your home to address your pain points, and explore design ideas together. We will also discuss budget ball parks and timelines! If we continue to align, we’ll move into the Design and Project Development phase.

Our designers collaborate with you and our build team on space planning, product choices, and overall design. We seek to understand how you want to live in your remodeled space to achieve the most resonant design personalized to you! We draft designs, and obtain estimated costs for the entire project from labor to materials. This poises your project for construction.

We sit down with you to discuss the final design, a breakdown in budget, and what to expect through the process. We schedule enough time to answer any questions or concerns. You sign a contract and we get you on our schedule, moving into the build phase.

Once your project kicks off, our designers work with our team of skilled carpenters and tradespeople, managing every build detail through the entire construction process. Enjoy regular updates, and smooth progress. If anything goes awry, we inform you immediately and collaboratively seek solutions.

415 Remodeling was founded as a specialized division of Aaron Gordon Construction (AGC) to meet the demand for high-quality, full-service remodeling in San Francisco. Recognizing the need for a streamlined design-build approach, Aaron Gordon partnered with Bill Johnson in 2014, bringing together their expertise in construction management and residential renovations to offer a seamless experience for homeowners.
In 2015, Hayley Alexander joined as an educated and skilled Interior Designer, adding her skills to the team’s construction capabilities. Together, they provide tailored remodeling solutions, ensuring each project is both functional and client-focused, while maintaining a commitment to craftsmanship and the unique needs of San Francisco homes.
