Clarendon

Remodel in the Clarendon Heights neighborhood. For this project we remodeled the kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and renovated a closet to an enclosed temperature controlled wine cellar. The new layout of the kitchen maximized seating and created a stunning view of the city from the sink on the new peninsula. Custom Italian high gloss cabinetry, with marble quartz and waterfall edging. The master bathroom remodel includes a 2 person walk in steam shower, separate water closet, freestanding soaking tub, and custom 2 sink vanity. The guest bathrooms all feature floor to ceiling wall tile for a clean aesthetic and wall mounted vanities, creating the illusion of a larger space.
